Compliance Statement

California Proposition 65 (also known as the safe Drinking Water and Toxic Enforcement Act of 1986) refers to the California legislation that was intended by its authors to protect California citizens and the State’s drinking water sources from chemicals known to cause cancer, birth defects or other reproduction harm, and to inform citizens about exposures to such chemicals.

MTG Compliance Solutions, an independent third party, has evaluated Solberg product samples using ghost wipe and substrate testing. These test results evaluated using toxicology, laboratory analysis as part of a safe harbor evaluation, generated an independent recommendation that Proposition 65 warnings are not required on Solberg Manufacturing product, under reasonably anticipated conditions of use.
