RE: Statement on PFAs, as governed by ECHA, Canadian Environmental Protection Act (1999) and TCSA 40 CFR 705
Upon reviewing our standard product offerings for the global market, Solberg Manufacturing declares that all products supplied which use our standard product nomenclature (referred to as smart part numbers), comply with the standards set forth under the guidelines of the ECHA, Canadian Environmental protection Act (1999) and TCSA 40 CFR 705.
Except as noted in the PDF below, all products are free of per- and polyfluoroalkyl substances (PFAs), including but not limited to PFOAs, PFOs and other fluorinated carbons. Products noted below are within allowable levels for the components stated, as governed by their CAS Number.
For a breakdown of any custom products, as defined by the Solberg part numbering sequences CSL000 or similar, and XXXXX-CSL-XX or similar, please request a specific statement on these items from your Solberg representative.
