Rich Ricciardi is Market Manager for Solberg’s Plastics Division, driving innovative solutions for extrusion barrel venting and vapor condensing applications. He brings nearly two decades of experience with Solberg, complemented by extensive technical knowledge developed over a 12-year tenure as a Sales Engineer for a leading vacuum pump and blower OEM. This background has provided him with a comprehensive understanding of vacuum and air-handling technologies and their wide-ranging industrial applications.

Rich is a graduate of the University of Illinois Chicago and is recognized for his ability to translate complex engineering challenges into practical, effective solutions for customers across the plastics industry. He resides in Naperville, Illinois, with his wife, Vickie, and their three children.
